Quantifying the Concept of Persistence according to Islamic Sources and Examining the Properties of the Psychometry Questionnaire about It
The purpose of this study is to provide a questionnaire about quantifying the concept of persistence according to Islamic sources and determine its psychometrics properties. A content analysis method was used for extraction the conceptual components of persistence and a survey method was used for investigating the characteristics of the questionnaire. In the content analysis method, religious teachings were collected, classified and analyzed and seven components were extracted from Islamic sources. A survey method was used to evaluate the validity and reliability of the questionnaire in a sample of 200 people selected by cluster sampling from the statistical universe of Najaf Abad theological school students. The results show that in terms of content validity measurement, criterion and structure, the questionnaire on persistence has high and essential validity. exploratory factor analysis shows that there are five factors: deceives, adherence to values, transcendent purposefulness, patience, and sustained effort. The validity of this questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha was 0.845. therefore, the questionnaire about Islamic stability can be used as a tool of reliable psychometric properties in Islamic and psychological. research works.
