Relationship between human resource empowerment and agility of the organization with the role of mediator of group learning (Case study: Mahabad city Police )
Empowering human resources and the organization's agility are some of the emerging concepts in management science. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between human resource empowerment and agility of the organization and the mediating role of group learning in Mahabad police command. The present research method is descriptive-survey and the statistical population of the present study was all senior officers of Mahabad police command and 60 people, all of whom were selected as full members of the statistical sample. Lee et al.'s (2012) Questionnaire was used to measure human resource empowerment, Spider-Feed Questionnaire (2007) was used to measure organizational agility, and Alfonso and Matavoli (2016) were used to measure group learning. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha using the content confirmation and reliability of the questionnaires, which were 0.84 for empowerment questionnaires and 0.89 for organizational agility and 0.92 for group learning. Data analysis was performed using structural equation method and Smart Pls software. The findings showed that there is a relationship between empowerment of human resources and agility of the organization with the mediating role of group learning in Mahabad police command. There is also a relationship between human resource empowerment and organizational agility, group learning and organizational agility, and finally between human resource empowerment and group learning. The results showed that the police force must institutionalize group learning in the organization in order to achieve organizational agility among employees.
