Effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy for responsibility and quality of interpersonal relationships among high school girl students
The aim of present study was to investigate the effectiveness of treatment acceptance and commitment on accountability and the quality of interpersonal relationships among high school female students.
In a semi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test and control group, 30 female high school students from Neyshabur city were selected through purposeful sampling and randomly assigned into two groups of experiment and control. The experimental group was participated in 8-session intervention treatment, while the control group was not subjected to such an intervention. The California Psychological Responsibility Questionnaire and Peers & Associates Quality Relationship Questionnaire were conducted on participants. The research data were analyzed by means of statistical software "SPSS 22" and analyzed using descriptive statistics and analyses of multivariate covariance (MANCOVA).
The findings of this study showed that the treatment of admission and commitment has affected the responsibility and quality of interpersonal relationships among female students.Discussion and
Adoption and commitment therapy has a significant impact on increasing the responsibility and quality of student interpersonal relationships, and therapists can use this therapeutic approach to improve the accountability and quality of interpersonal relationships among students.
