Investigating the vulnerability and micro-zoning of Ilam city privacy against air attacks from the perspective of passive defense

Vulnerability can be considered an inherent defect in the special dimensions of the city environment, which is prone to damage according to biological characteristics and design characteristics. Examining the structures of the city and detailing its vulnerability from the perspective of passive defense is a step towards secure future for the city. The problem of the present study is vulnerability in urban structures from the perspective of passive defense, and the expected approach is modeling to identify these infrastructures. The territory of the present study is Ilam in the center of Ilam province and as a support center for war and the city involved in the war. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical methodology and is based on the approach of spatial-model studies. In this study, the indicators were identified in the form of 10 categories and using AHPFUZZY-GIS weighting and distance maps. They were designed and standardized using the Inverse Distance Weighting tool. FUZZY OVERLAY tools have been used in ArcGIS software for spatial distribution and defensive vulnerability testing. The results show that among the studied indicators, law enforcement centers and warehouses with weights of 0.116 and 0.113 were identified as the most important indicators in the field of passive defense. In the structural zoning section of the city, the most vulnerable areas to air strikes and were in a highly vulnerable position are: 41/28 warehouse centers, 84/29 residential centers, 62/38 commercial centers, and 35/32 administrative centers. , Terminal 100, health centers in Mani 100, religious 18/27, disciplinary 100, educational 28/39 and arterial roads of the city 38/38. According to the results, the situation of Ilam city is very unsuitable from the point of view of passive defense, especially for air strikes and in case of any attack, this city will face serious problem.
