Identifying and analyzing the factors affecting the formation of entrepreneurial student (viewpoint of faculty members of Zanjan university)

The study aimed at the identification and categorization of the factors influencing the formation of entrepreneurship student in the university. The research is utilized a mixed method taking advantage of both qualitative and quantitative data. The respondents were sampled from among zanjan university lectures and to gather the relevant data, interview was used and on its base a questionnaire was developed. Thereafter, an exploratory factor analysis was used to identifying the factors. Using Cronbach's alpha, all questions were confirmed with an alpha value of 0.92. In addition, Bartlett's test was used to determine the sample size adequacy. The sample consists of a total of 228 lecturers from the University of Zanjan, of whom 99 were female (43%), and 129 male (57%). The findings reveal that the crucial factors affecting the fostering of entrepreneurship student in the university include personality factors such as openness, Agreeableness, conscientiousness, Extraversion, financial and educational factors.
