Explaining the mediating role of ethical attitude in the relationship between individual values and the tendency to moral behavior of education staff in Guilan province
The main purpose of this research is to explain the mediating role of ethical attitude in the relationship between individual values and the tendency to moral behavior of education staff in Guilan province. The present study is a quantitative and applied research and is also a descriptive and correlational research. The statistical population in this study includes 464 employees of the General Department of Education of Guilan Province, Which were selected by stratified sampling method based on the Cochran limited community formula. The data collection tool of this research is a questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed using smart pls software. The results of this study showed that If moral values are observed in an organization, the human resources of that organization will be loyal to the organizational values and will be inclined to maintain membership in the organization. Existence of positive values and attitudes such as ethical attitude, increase the value of goals and responsibilities of employees and as a result leads to a desire for ethical behavior and better organizational performance.
