Investigating the relationship between cultural intelligence and social responsibility among post graduate student of Kermanshah Islamic Azad University
Social responsibility is one of the most important socio-cultural components of a civil society and it is a feature of development that people public and private sectors of every society with emphasize on abiding the rules of civil society, will teach the valuable and normative educations according to very same community since childhood by using the social communications, direct and indirect face to face interactions, and so this process will lead to developing a sustainable community. Based on this the main purpose of the current research is to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and social responsibility of post graduate students of Kermanshah Islamic Azad University. This study took place by using cross-sectional method and scaling technique. Data collecting was through questionnaire alongside interview, and SPSS software 22 version was used to process and statistical analysis of data. Obtained results of current research shows that there is no significant relationship between age, sex, marriage status, lodging with social responsibility, but there is significant relationship between level of education and social responsibility. Regression results indicate that Cultural Intelligence of strategy with (Beta=.356) the greatest amount of variance in the dependent variable and in the second place with academic level (Beta=.354), variable of motivational cultural intelligence (Beta=.235), the variable verbal IQ (Beta=.146) and cultural intelligence is variable at (Beta=.121) the end.
