The Significance of Skill Training on Business Environment in Khorasan-Razavi Province, Iran

Abstract:

The main objective of this study was to investigate the significance of skill training on business environment in Khorasan-Razavi province, Iran. The statistical population in this research includes micro, small, medium and large-sized enterprises. 740 people of industry owners and community leaders were randomly selected as sample. A questionnaire was used to collect data and its validity was confirmed through content analysis and its reliability was tested through Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient (α= 0.946). The 5-point Likert scale questionnaire including 30 items were designed to evaluate and assess the significance of skill training on business environment. SPSS software package was used for data analysis and independent sample T-test for hypotheses. Results showed that the correlation between skill training and enabling business environment (doing business) was 0.848 with a positive and almost complete relationship. It was also shown that the impact of skill training on business environment in small-sized enterprises is more significant (95% Level of significance) than large-sized ones
