Contemplative on the phenomenon of resilient teacher: qualitative analysis attitudes and lived experiences of teachers

Abstract:

This study aimed to identify and explain the resilience of teachers in schools in order to make an appropriate conceptual framework practical and theoretical foundations development.This research the qualitative approach and using the phenomenological method has been conducted. The participants were consisted of experienced teachers and Special schools, of which through 20 were selected as informational typical purposive sampling. The gathering of data from experts and elites continued to saturate the findings As far as the analysis of the theoretical saturation. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews. Data analysis method, inductive content analysis using coded in three levels of open, axial and choice. The results and findings showed that resilience is a multidimensional concept and involves cognitive, emotional, social, physical, behavioral and physical. In the end the findings with regard to the context and culture of teachers and schools has been discussed and solutions have been proposed for researchers interested.
