Strategic leadership model based on the doctrine of velayat-e faqih in the Islamic Republic of Iran, objectives and policies of the Islamic Revolution Amamyn

Despite over three decades of the revolution despite advances in various fields but in the field of strategic model of leadership does not see the supreme leader remarkable performance. This weakness due to low efficiency, lack of proper approach and arrival of lay people in the field. The study asserts that the leadership strategy with emphasis on the doctrine of absolute clerical rule, objectives and policies of Imam (peace be upon him) and the Supreme Leader, using survey data provide the foundation for strategic leadership model based on absolute clerical rule Amamyn the leaderships of the Islamic Revolution emphasis on the three pillars of doctrine, objectives and policies, can take action to eliminate and modify the concerns and deficiencies in this field. In this research in the area of doctrine components such as: central monotheism, justice, life-oriented, holistic Islam ... and in components such as purpose to bring society to prosperity and perfection, moving in the direction of the Alawite government, saying justice , originally bred and virtuous, and in the core of the policy factors such as: central law, rejection of secularism, political and social insight and judgment are required jurist of the good of society, and religious democracy ..... was extracted.
