Investigating The Effect Of Organizational Trust On Human Resource Productivity In Isfahan Municipality
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational trust and productivity of Isfahan Municipality manpower. The research method used in this article was descriptive-correlation and its statistical population was the human resources managers of Isfahan Municipality. The sample size was 220 people and the sampling method of the present study was random. Research data were collected by library and field methods and k-s, Pearson correlation, Watson camera and simultaneous regression were used to analyze the data using SPSS22 software. The results showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational trust and all three components (lateral trust 0.83, vertical trust 0.60 and institutional trust 0.50) with employee productivity (0.72). Also, the predictor variables included in the model are able to simultaneously explain 53.2% (69.5% lateral trust, 36.1% vertical trust and 24.5% institutional trust) of the changes in manpower productivity variables (criteria). In other words, with the increase of one unit of organizational trust, 53.2% increases the productivity of employees. 0.24 increases employee productivity.
