Presenting a Template for Diagnosing Construction Companies Based on the EFQM Organization's Excellence Model (Case Study: Jahad Nasr Fars Company)
Diagnosis is a systematic and scientific method to identification, classification, and diagnose originality also the harmful effects of them in organization functions or company through intraction between inside view with outside view and provide working programs for eliminate them in organization. In current research, that occure as a case study in Jahad Nasr Fars Company, utilize applied final patternfor construction companies with based on EFQM to recognize diagnoses and apply solutions in two sections, abilities and results. In continuous by using analyses the important diagnosis index and also identifying the current abstacles in Jahad Nasr Fars Company and, in addition; during the survey process, 10 improvement projects are applied that can have the maximum effect in case of increasing yield and financial improvement, economic and sourse of Jahad Nasr Company, and also by using AHP method can respectively this projects. In a nutshell, amoung of 10 modification projects the project of performance complicated program of machinery renovation and equipments with 0.239 as final bandscore of performance and the project of improvement the management of shareholders and assembly affairs with 85% less than the first selected project as a last selection. Furtheremore, P10 project with approximately 11% difference with the first selected project choose as a second selection, and the P2, P7, and P9 with 52%, 32%, and 7% differences compare with the last selection located in the seven to nine rank of project performance, respectively. In the last but not least, there is no significant differences between P1 and P4.
