Designing a talent management system and its role in replacing managers
One of the major challenges facing human resource management is managing organizational talent to ensure that qualified people will serve the organization at the right time. Withdrawal of staff from various organizational levels for various reasons such as resignation, leaving the job, retirement, promotion or even death in organizations is inevitable. Creating a vacuum and leaving the service of forces in organizational jobs, especially in key jobs can create a serious problem in the process of moving an organization towards its goals and success. . This article is a review and library method has been used to collect information and data. In this research, after presenting the definitions and models of talent management and succession cultivation, the two-way relationship between these effective components in organizational promotion is examined.
