Investigating The Effect Of Moral Leadership On Organizational Belonging With The Mediating Role Of Psychological Empowerment And Emotional Fatigue Of Employees Of Shahid Modarres Hospital In Saveh
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of moral leadership on organizational belonging with the mediating role of psychological empowerment of employees of Shahid Modarres Hospital in Saveh.
The present study is in the category of applied research and in terms of nature is in the category of descriptive survey research. The statistical population of the present study is all employees of Modares Saveh Hospital with 400 people. The Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size. According to the statistical population, the sample size of the study is 196 people. The sampling method is simple random. The collection tool in this study is a combined questionnaire. The reliability of this questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.906. PLS structural equation modeling software was used to analyze the collected data.
Ethical leadership has a significant and positive effect on psychological empowerment at 95% confidence level. Psychological empowerment has a significant and positive effect on employee affiliation at the 95% confidence level. Discussion and
The impact of moral leadership on psychological empowerment was confirmed. Psychological empowerment affects organizational belonging, but Emotional fatigue does not play a moderating role in influencing moral leadership on psychological empowerment.
