Literary and artistic digitally rights management

With the emergence and development of ICT especially the Internet, intellectual property law have been facing new challenges. Electronic tools and other new ICTs have provided new and unique opportunities for humanity to produce and duplicate works; however, they have also increased the potential of the breach of authorschr('39') rights which is not comparable to the tools used in the few past decades. As a result, in order to face the violation of intellectual property law of literal and artistic works in digital environments, the management of this law has become more vital than before. This management can become possible by both referring to technical measures and surveying the information related to the identification of works and authors. Since paralyzing these technical measures and information is possible, the international and regional documents concerning intellectual property have provided the legal protection of them, especially by recommending the state members to provide civil and criminal sanctions in order to face the breach of these measures. However, legal protection of technical measures and information related to the identification of works and authors in international documents and also in national laws have been facing limitations such as accessing to information and protecting children and handicaps.
