The role of management, family and school in the development of sportstalents

Abstract:
Purpose

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of family and school in the development and development of students' sporting talent.

Methodology

The present study was qualitative and was carried out using a thematic approach. sample consisted of 16 sports experts and officials involved in the talent debate, which began by targeted sampling and continued to reach the theoretical saturation of data. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data.  After data collection, the method of analysis was used to analyze the data.

Results

Based on interviews conducted using expert opinion, family and school financial support, public and charity support, motivational, health, social affiliation, and affiliation were identified as factors influencing the development of students' sporting talents.

Conclusion

Based on the results, the support role of families is key in terms of financial and motivational and social support, as well as the necessary support from schools can helped development of sports talents.
