Explaining the causes and obstacles of inheritance from the perspective of Shiites and Sunnis

Abstract:

Inheritance is one of the property moves that has causes that include causal relationships. Islamic jurisprudence, in addition to how the inheritance is transmitted, also raises the causes and reasons for not transferring inheritance. Murder, disbelief, libel, adultery, etc. are among the factors of inheritance barriers. This paper tries to study the inherent obstacles and inheritance of Sunnis and Shi'ism in this regard
