Investigating the Relationship between Leadership Styles and Administrative Health and Regression

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership styles and administrative health with regression. This research is applied and the method is descriptive-correlation and in terms of collecting information, it is survey. The statistical population of the study includes all 540 employees of Haft Tappeh Company. According to Morgan table, 221 people were selected using simple random sampling method. The instrument used is the McCasker Standard Office Health Questionnaire (2006) which examines the administrative, political, economic, and social dimensions. To measure leadership styles, data were collected using a combined questionnaire from Bass and Avolio (2000) and Zakaria et al. (2016) in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using AMOS software. Factor analysis has been used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that transformational leadership styles and administrative health have a positive and significant relationship with regression and will reduce the regression of the organization.
