The effect of organizational learning ability on individual performance according to the mediating role of teamwork from the perspective of Employees in District 8 of Tehran Municipality
Using a survey method, this study seeks to investigate the effect of organizational learning ability on individual performance with respect to the mediating role of teamwork of employees in District 8 of Tehran Municipality. The statistical population is the experts working in this municipal area. Based on simple random sampling, 173 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula and Morgan table. The research instruments include three standard questionnaires: Chiva et al.'s Organizational Learning Questionnaire, Hogel and Gammunden Cartesian Quality Standard, and William and Anderson Job Performance Standard. To analyze the data in descriptive statistics section, mean and standard deviation and in inferential statistics section, first Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to detect data normality and KMO and Bartlett test were used to evaluate the adequacy of sampling. Findings showed that organizational learning ability has a positive and direct effect on individual and Cartesian performance and these relationships are significant at the alpha level of 0.05; As with the change in organizational learning ability, individual and Cartesian performance also changes and the direction for changes in these variables is aligned and aligned; Also, the direct effect of organizational learning ability on performance as well as its indirect effect (through Cartesian) on individual performance has been significant; Therefore, it can be concluded that Kartimi has a mediating (relative) role in influencing individual learning ability on performance.
