Presenting the Managerial Attachment Model of Managers (Case Study of Mazandaran Universities)
The present study can be a model of management attachment of managers of Mazandaran universities. In this research, according to the purpose and nature research, the combined or mixed research method through losses of qualitative and quantitative methods has been used. The statistical population in the qualitative stage is 15 people from Mazandaran Experts University. Statistical population You can have the quantitative stage of research of all universities in Mazandaran province, which is the total number of the statistical population is 478 people and the sample size is 213 people. The data collection tool in the quantitative part of the questionnaire is researcher-made if you are based on the results of interviewing bad experts. The reliability calculated through Cronbachchr('39')s alpha is equal to 0.886, which is a desirable level. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for statistical analysis of the collected information. As follows: SPSS 24 statistical software and pls 3 software were used to analyze statistical data. The results of the analysis showed that the eigenvalues of 6 research factors greater than 3, which together are 52.77% of the total reduction of managerial attachment variables of managers of Mazandaran universities, among them the value of e-commerce, implementation and evaluation is equal to 22.22. It is compatible with the numbers 22 and 22 with 10.35, academic management and management equal to 6.73, organizational culture 5.31, university architecture 4.34, there was a service compensation system of 3.81. , The degree of freedom of the model is equal to 318, which is equal to 2.545, which is an acceptable rate. Other indicators of model fit such as CFI, IFI, GFI, AGFI are all appropriate if accepted and the SRMR indicator is 0.0455, which is required in the final results of the model attachment model of management of Mazandaran universities.
