Presentation of Future Studies Model in Universities (Case Study of Universities of Mazandaran Province)
Organizing the scientific activities for predicting future is an indispensable necessity, since future studies is not a way for joy or spending time. It is one important issue in the realm of science and research. The main goal of this research is to identify the dimensions, components and future studies indexes in universities and to present of a suitable model. In this research, we used a mixed strategy which is done on two sections of quality and quantity. The statistical society in the quality section include the Faculty experts and sampling is done by Snowball method and in the quantity section we have the Faculty experts of Mazandaran based on Random Sampling method. Gathered data were analyzed by SPSS and PLS software. In the future studies according to the results in the quality section,we prepare a questionnaire. The amount of KMO (sufficiency of Sampling) equals 0.784 and the significance level of the Kroyet Bartlet test is 0.0009Therefore, besides the sufficiency of sampling, we will also justify the performance of the factor analysis based on the Correlation Matrix. The structural measurement model shows the Standard Coefficient and the amount of CFI, GFI are 0.858 and 0.796 respectively and the amount of RMSEA is 0.075 and Kai do ratio to the degrees of freedom is less than 3 Consequently, designed structures seem to be suitable enough for the future studies test. From the perspective of the audience, institutionalization factor, human capital, technological innovation, marketing, leadership and culture are effective in explanation of future studies.
