The present paper seeks to provide content-related policies governing the productions of national media based on the framework of Martyr Suleimani's school.
Content analysis and implication research methods have been used to enumerate policies governing the productions based on Martyr Suleimani's school. First, the components of Martyr Suleimani's school have been extracted through analyzing the contents of Super leader's statements. The model of how media content affects the audience has also been introduced. Then policies and aims governing the productions of national media based on the framework of Martyr Suleimani's school have been provided, using the implication research on significant conjunction between Martyr Suleimani's school and effectiveness of media.
Policies governing the productions based on Martyr Suleimani's school include 28 macro-policies which have been provided in seven groups in a checklist to help the programmers and managers to design and evaluate projects which are going to be approved and their impact to be assessed. The last part of the paper explains how impact assessment should be applied based the provided checklist.
These policies and aims can guide programmers to design projects and organizational managers to evaluate these projects and supervise the productions. Therefore, programmers and organizational managers should consider and approve these policies during the four stages of content creating, approving the project of productions, carrying out the project and producing, and finally evaluating the content.
