Abstract:

One of the most important factors in increasing the rate of social damage is the existence of crime-prone areas and places. Research shows that there is a significant relationship between the rate of crime and the characteristics of the crime site. Today, worn-out textures in urban areas, especially metropolises, have become a place for moral corruption, social damage, crime. According to the research objectives, the type of applied research is descriptive-practical and analytical. However, this factor itself is also very important. In the weaknesses section, the presence of the police force is the highest and most important factor. In the opportunity section, the suitable design factor of neighborhood attractions with an average weight of 3.76 is the highest factor among the opportunities. In the threats section, the factor of re-construction or elimination of vulnerable neighborhood spaces has the highest weighted average. The weighted average of this factor is 3.93, which means that eliminating vulnerable neighborhood spaces is one of the most important priorities of worn-out texture.
