Abstract:

Abstract Martin Heidegger, an influential philosopher of the twentieth century in Iran, has enjoyed considerable success. Seyyed Ahmad Fardid was one of the first philosopher in Iran who had paid attention to Heidegger's thought. At the same time, Henry Carbone, one of the most important philosophers who had been a commentator and translator of Heidegger works, had inspired by Heidegger's insights to re-read the philosophical and legal heritage of ancient Iran. The alignment and synchronicity, as well as the differences between the two, on the influence of Heidegger's thought are the subject of this paper. Considering the two approaches to Heidegger's legacy and trying to apply it to Iranian thought issues shows that both Fardid and Carbon have entered into a discussion as in Heidegger from the point of view of well-thought-out thinkers. They have had him, but they have expanded their intellectual position. Keywords: Heidegger, Seyed Ahmad Fardid, Henry Carbone, Metaphysics, Existence
