The effect of knowledge management with jihadi approach on the managers’ skills Case Study (Military Training University)
The importance and position of knowledge management in the university as a revolutionary institution that is responsible for training and cultivating managers and commanders and has a large workforce and various fields of work, is twofold. Meanwhile, the role of university administrators in creating culture and as a result, successful implementation of knowledge management systems with a jihadist approach is very prominent and fundamental. The main purpose of this study is to explain the components of knowledge management with a jihadist approach. By referring to the texts related to the research topic, they collected the materials and prepared a theoretical framework model and at the same time an existing and desirable questionnaire was prepared which were reviewed and modified using the validity method of the agreement. Then, using Cronbach's test, the reliability of the questionnaire questions and its components were checked and confirmed. Were located. Using SPSS and Smart PLS statistical software, the effect of knowledge management components with a jihadi approach on the skills of university administrators was investigated. After examining the components of knowledge management with a jihadi approach, it was found that these indicators can be examined in the six axes of divine intention, flexibility, unpaid service, teamwork, provincial approach and transformation. The results showed that knowledge management with a jihadist approach has a positive and significant effect on managers' skills.
