Identifying organizational entrepreneurship mechanisms in Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences
Many economists consider the beginning of the twentieth century as a gradual shift towards entrepreneurship as the engine of job creation in economic growth, and globally, because of its impact on social participation, economics is considered as the most important phenomenon for future studies. Knowledge has a very strong relationship with entrepreneurship techniques. Based on this, the present study was conducted to identify organizational entrepreneurship mechanisms in Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences. The research method in this study is mixed in terms of practical purpose and in terms of the nature of the data. Semi-structured interview was used to collect data in the qualitative part. The number of samples at this stage was 11 professors of Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences in June 2016. The collected data were organized through content analysis. The main factors identified in this section included spiritual excellence, organizational entrepreneurship, self-confidence, self-confidence, social participation, organizational learning, communication capital, structural capital, cultural capital and managerial ability.
