Surveying the impact of recognized human resource’s actions on the intention to abandon military service consider intermediary role of personnel’s participation, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior(Case study: Personnel of NEDAJA
The absence and intention of personnel to abandon military service are of those cases which have been attended by managers and researchers these days. The main objective of researcher to carry out current study is to show how human resource management’s actions can affect the intention of personnel to abandon military service directly or through participation of personnel, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior as the intermediary variable. Statistical society in this study include 8000 individuals of NEDAJA’s personnel which according to Morgan table, 383 available individuals had chosen with non- probabilistic sampling method. Collecting data tool in this research is questionnaire which has been confirmed corresponding to accuracy and validity. This research’s data have been analyzed utilizing structural modeling via SPSS24 and SMARTPLS.Result of this study illustrated that human resource management’s actions affects personnel’s participation, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and the intention of personnel to abandon military service. Besides, organizational commitment and personnel’s participation affect organizational citizenship behavior and also organizational citizenship behavior affect the intention of personnel to abandon military service. According to this finding it can be perceived that NEDAJA’s managers must reduce the intention of personnel to abandon military service regarding to human resource management’s actions, organizational citizenship behavior, personnel’s participation and organizational commitment.
