Investigating the effect of technical and vocational Training on women's empowerment in Hamedan province
One of the important indicators for measuring the development of any country are the employment status of women and the type of their participation. In our country, despite the fact that women make up half of the population and have gone through an upward trend in terms of obtaining higher education, but in terms of employment status, they have not been able to achieve a proper position in terms of personal, social and legal capacities. The general purpose of writing this article is to investigate the impact of technical and vocational education on women's empowerment in Hamedan province. In the present study, descriptive-analytical method as well as Excel and SPSS software have been used. According to this study, which was conducted during the period of 2006-2016 in Hamedan province, we conclude that factors such as acquiring the required skills and eliminating discrimination in the labor market according to the competency models and career promotion policies of women and Also, laws related to obtaining financial resources and changing attitudes in social beliefs in the field of technical and vocational education can be effective in empowering women. The results of the present study can be used by policy makers in the field of implementation as well as women interested in development and progress.
