Ranking the Components, Determining the Composite Index of Investment Security in Iran

Abstract:
Undoubtedly, the concept of the word security in all political, social and economic dimensions, is very important since the amount of investment in a country is a function of a set of indicators. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the ranking of investment security indicators in different regions of Iran. Based on this, the five main criteria, each of which has an index, have been identified and selected by experts and have been weighed separately by two methods (AHP and TOPSIS) and then ranked. The results of the research indicate that; Based on software (TOPSIS) economic components such as; Economic disturbances caused by foreign sanctions, exchange rate stability and economic stability ranked in the first three places respectively and components such as the number of claims, fiduciary trust, returned checks ranked in the last three places respectively. Based on (AHP) method, components such as; Economic stability, stability of raw material prices and exchange rate stability ranked in the first three places respectively, and components such as; The specialization of commercial litigation in the judiciary, the misuse of property and the number of accidents resulting in injuries and deaths ranked in the last three places respectively.
