Survey the role of strategic thinking on organizational entrepreneurship
The present study has been done to investigate the relationship between strategic thinking of managers and organizational entrepreneurship. Research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of methodology, is a correlation survey. The statistical population consisted of 40 persons of all managers, chairpersons and experts in charge of the general department of technical and vocational training in Chaharmahal Bakhtiari province. Standard questionnaires of research were distributed among respondents. The questionnaire used in the study due to the use for some internal and external research and also approved by university professors, it has intended content validity and face validity. Cronbach's alpha was used to calculate questionnaire reliability that expresses the inner harmony between the measurement tools. Because the Cronbach's alpha coefficients were higher than 0.7, the reliability of all aspects of the questionnaire and the entire questionnaire was confirmed. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used and data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results indicate that strategic thinking has a significant positive correlation with organizational entrepreneurship, also the main burden of the strong relationship between organizational entrepreneurship and strategic thinking arises from clever opportunism and thinking at the time that both of these variables have a strong and severe relationship with organizational entrepreneurship.
