Evaluating the quality of curricula from the perspective of education executives Technical and Vocational Training Organization (Case study: profession of an industrial electrician, and building electrician)
Recognizing the quality of Curriculum in terms of internal and external efficiency as the first step for all authorities, policy makers and planners of technical and vocational education system and training human resource is important. Therefore, since, according to figures from the Technical and Vocational Training Organization, industrial electricians and building electricians are of the popular professions among students of the organization in 2015, this study aims to evaluate the quality of academic programs in the fields of industrial electricity, and building electricity. Methods In this study in terms of the data collection methods is descriptive (survey) and in terms of the type of target is applied. The study sample includes all training teachers of industrial electricians and building electricians in vocational education organization in 2015. The sample size for this study is estimated 94 people based on the Morgan. This number is randomly selected from the population. The tool to collect data has been a questionnaire based on the curricula elements of vocational training institution of the country, with alpha coefficients of 0/79. The data collected by t-tests was analyzed using SPSS software. The results have assessed the curriculum status in electricity profession favorable.
