Effects of problem-based skills training courses on creativity in children and adolescents of teacher Case study: Participants in training tomorrow's engineers vocational schools
In today's world the highest production to countries where they would have the final say in the world, generating new thinking and ideas. This is a great need to foster creativity and show it to the kids. Creativity is a gift that is present in all human beings, but the emergence and growth potential requires appropriate conditions. Contrary to the common belief that only a few people are born creative, reality is all born with this talent occasion. The fields of education and experience that can bring more prosperity and wealth to bring this talent. Thus, in countries where education is a dynamic, nurturing creativity as one of the main goals of the educational system is considered. Problem-based learning methods, new approaches in providing skills training to children and adolescents based on education, career self-efficacy, and foster creativity in children and adolescents. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in the participants' creativity, problem-based course is the teacher. A sample of children and adolescents participating in the 5-string problem-oriented skills to 156 people of Mohandesan Farda Skill School. Due to the limited statistical population census method used. The data analysis software SPSS22 was used. In order to measure the fluid component of creativity, initiative, flexibility and expansion, Abedi extracted from a standard questionnaire was used. The results indicated that the company is based, and all components are discussed in terms of a significant relationship there. The results of the stepwise regression analysis showed that the performance of the method is the most effective components of creativity, fluidity and flexibility have been participating in children and adolescents.
