Abstract:
Organizations today are well aware of the fact that its most important asset is its human resources. The human resource brand has been raised as a new issue in recent years as a strategic competitive resource. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of human resource brand on organizational productivity. The statistical population of the present study is the Kermanshah Economic and Capital Affairs Department, which has 116 employees. A standard questionnaire was used to collect the required information. In this research, construct validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine validity and reliability. To analyze data, PLS software has been used.
