Empowering the Youth, a Strategy to Achieve the eclaration of the Second Step of the Revolution

The youth, who are the main audience of the Supreme Leader's Statement, have a pivotal role in the realization of the new Islamic civilization. Despite the many discussions that have taken place in this field among academic theorists, administrators and leaders; But how to train and empower young people to accept and succeed in this serious responsibility has not yet been investigated. The aim of this study is to utilize the "Statement of the second step of the revolution" to identify the factors affecting the empowerment of young people firstly and the other predisposing variables, obstacles and results secondly, so that by analyzing the data and establish communication between components, achieve a strategic-applied model of empowerment. In this research, the qualitative methodology of "theme analysis" has been used. The main question of the present study is whether a model for youth empowerment can be extracted and designed from the statement of the second step of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic revolution? And the sub-questions of the research are: What are the effective factors on youth empowerment from the point of view of the statement of the second step of the revolution? What are the predisposing variables for youth empowerment from the point of view of the statement of the second step of the revolution? What are the obstacles and ultimately the consequences of youth empowerment?
