Study and explanation of justice and fight against corruption in NAJA in the statement of the second step of the revolution

Abstract:

In the statement of the second step in the direction of justice and the fight against corruption, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution (may God bless him and grant him peace) has provided the necessary strategies and recommendations that can guide the NAJA in achieving its goals as a roadmap. The purpose of this study is to explain justice and the fight against corruption in the NAJA based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. The article has been developed in terms of purpose and with a qualitative method. The statistical population of the study was 178 NAJA Deputy Inspectors, professors and faculty members of the University of Law Enforcement and Law Enforcement Sciences, NAJA veterans and affiliated members, deputies and commanders of categories related to justice and the fight against corruption, including "information security, ideological-political organization, legal deputy, deputy minister of education, etc. "as well as professors and experts outside the organization, officials and heads of organizations related to the field of justice and the fight against corruption. The most important decree of the Supreme Leader in the field of NAJA in the field of justice and anti-corruption, the past state of justice and anti-corruption, achievements, blessings, limitations, facilities, strengths, weaknesses and threats and opportunities, envisaged horizons and necessary requirements to achieve horizons were sought. Other data collection tools, books, documents, and scientific articles were also used in the area of ​​the Supreme Leader's decrees on justice and the fight against corruption. The script of the interviews and the key sources and texts extracted were analyzed using the content analysis method. Findings showed that ten achievements in the field of justice and the fight against corruption were identified for the NAJA in the first half of the revolution. Also, ensuring the health of the organization, establishing a meritocracy system and maximum participation of the people in the direction of public oversight were considered as horizons in order to achieve the desired horizons by institutionalizing the requirements.
