Analyzing the Multi-level Indicators Affecting Investment Attraction in the Tourism Business in Free Trade and Industrial Zone

One of the most important economic activities in the current world is tourism, which is one of the most important sources of income and entrepreneurship in many countries of the world. C, the purpose of this study is to presentation and Analysis the effective multilevel indicators which can attract investment to tourism business in Aras Free Trade and Industrial Zone. .The statistical population of this study includes tourism business investors and tourism investment experts of Aras Free Trade and Industrial Zone that the number of selected population for tourism business investors was 43 persons and for experts was 15 persons T. The results show that indicators 1. Infrastructure 2. environmental attractions 3. The level and stage of tourism development in the destination and its market size, and the factors of encouragement and protection with the same priority 4. Economic conditions 5. Political and social factors 6. Access to Information and business laws and regulations with the same priority 7. Spatial and geographical factors have respectively significant effect on attracting investment in the tourism business. Also, according to the results of the research, the indicators were ranked closely together in a level that was determined in all four levels. These four levels are: 1.The necessary level 2.The preferential level 3.The consolidation level 4.The complementary level.
