Evaluation of the importance and prioritize the factors affecting the empowerment of workers
The aim of this study is to evaluate the importance and prioritize the factors affecting the empowerment of workers in industries. current study on the basis of data gathering is a descriptive survey. The study population consisted of workers in industry over 1,000 people in the markazi province. The sample was 400 people from the community, that by method Sampling and using Morgan table were selected. Data collection tools is included made questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire 0.931 was calculated that is the reliability. T-test and Friedman test By SPSS software was used to evaluate the importance and priority factors affecting the empowerment. The results showed that among the factors affecting empowerment, individual factor as a first priority and group factors, and organizational factors in order of priority have gained the second and third. As well as the individual factors, factors of self-esteem as first priority and commitment, attitude, motivation and emotional intelligence have gained the second to fifth respectively. Among the factor's teamwork, involvement, teamwork and communication have acquired in the ranking first to third. Finally, the organizational factors, the best rank is related to the access to information related to job enrichment is lower.
