The mediating role of professional ethics in the relationship between organizational conflict and teachers' quality of work life
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational conflict and the quality of work life of high school teachers in Basht with the mediating role of professional ethics. The method of this research was descriptive causal correlation. The statistical population in this study was all teachers in Basht city (488 people) and 215 people were selected as a sample based on krejcey-Morgan table by using random cluster sampling. Walton (1988) standard quality of work life quality questionnaire, Kadozir(2002) professional ethics questionnaire and Safari (2014)organizational conflict questionnaire were used as research instruments . Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling were used to test the research hypotheses. The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational conflict, professional ethics and quality of teachers' work life and also the results of structural equation modeling showed that professional ethics has a mediating role in the relationship between organizational conflict and quality of working life of high school teachers.
