Assessing the maturity model of knowledge management in cultural organizations ( Case study Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality(
This research was conducted in a quantitative manner in the Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality. The statistical population of the present study consists of all managers, experts working in the Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality who are involved in knowledge management, which is about 300 staff. In this research, simple random sampling method has been used for sampling. In this study, the Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size; By placing the numbers in the Cochran's formula, the sample size was determined to be 169 people. Using structural equation method, the researcher has evaluated the maturity model of knowledge management in cultural organizations. Categories identified in the form of six dimensions of the paradigm model as causal conditions (4 categories), central category ie knowledge management maturity model, strategies (5 categories), contextual conditions (4 categories), intervening conditions (3 categories), consequences ( 4 categories) were included. Then, based on these six dimensions of the paradigm model, the conceptual model of the research was developed. The results showed that causal conditions, contextual conditions, interventionist conditions affect strategies and strategies affect outcomes. Underlying conditions also affect the central category of knowledge management maturity.
