Organizational Trust, the facilitator of knowledge sharing in public organizations
The present study deals with the role of organizational trust in the knowledge management system and examines the challenges of trust building and its use in knowledge sharing in the executive apparatus. This article is applied in terms of nature and audience, and is exploratory in terms of purpose and in terms of review and library method. The results of this study showed that the existence of trust has good results on the success of knowledge-based processes in organizations. Trust in various forms (such as: trust in the organization, trust in the system, and trust between employees) facilitates the knowledge sharing process. In different departments and organizations, if the people of the organization trust each other and the organization, the process of knowledge sharing, organization and application of knowledge is well done and provides the basis for successful implementation of knowledge management. Supporting the reciprocal transaction agreement, adopting clear policies regarding the use of intellectual property, using self-publishing to promote ownership, creating overlap in the atmosphere of employee trust are among the important measures that can improve the success of the knowledge management system in offices and organizations of executive apparatus.
