The Legal System Governing the Supervision of Tourism Sites in Iranian Law
Today's world considers tourism as one of the components of development; Governments are trying to provide better facilities for tourism as economic generator with a high multiplication factor by investing and developing the necessary laws and regulations. Meanwhile, tourism facilities and the laws and regulations governing it are one of the life-giving and infrastructural elements of the tourism industry. This study aimed to scrutiny the legal system governing the supervision of tourism places (as the foundation of this industry) and tries to explain the strengths and weaknesses of such monitoring of tourism facilities. This research has been developed in an applied research and uses the data that has been collected by library method and has been carried at using rules and regulations. The results show, on the one hand, the existence of rules and regulations has clarified Monitoring horizons of the activities of tourism places and facilities, and on the other hand, the existence of numerous regulatory bodies has caused frustration among investors and beneficiaries in the field of tourism, as well as the existence of numerous and corresponding regulatory bodies will lead tourism activists to use immoral and illegal methods with the aim of getting rid of diversity of cumbersome laws and regulation.
