The model of professional ethics of managers with a focus on religious resources
The purpose of this study was to investigate the model of professional ethics of managers with a focus on religious resources in the Social Security Organization of Iran.
In the first stage, by collecting ethical propositions effective in improving management by the method of grounded theory and in the second stage, by extracting these propositions from first-hand religious and non-religious sources, we try to adapt these cases to the gaps in the management system. It is something new and unprecedented.
The present study has extracted the model of professional ethics of managers by analyzing the content of religious sources and interviewing experts of the Social Security Organization. This model includes a total of 20 virtues and 22 individual and organizational moral vices.
One of the concerns of efficient managers is to create a suitable environment for human factors so that they can address their professional issues and observe the ethical principles governing it. The Social Security Administration needs this more because of the intense interaction.
