The present study aims to describe the Experiences of professors of Islamic Azad University, Tehran South Branch of cultural transformation based on values: Phenomenological study.Research
The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting qualitative information using phenomenological method. The statistical population of the study was all professors of the Islamic Azad University, Tehran South Branch. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method and collected. In order to evaluate the reliability of the results, the three approaches of Rao and Perry (2003) were used. For validity of the results, Lincoln and Guba (2007) construct validity approaches, external validity, descriptive validity, and interpretive validity were used. A modified static-collage method is used to analyze the data.
The research findings showed that the antecedents of value-based cultural transformation including 6 main categories of individual, organizational, moral and religious, economic, political, cultural and social antecedents were classified and the consequences of value-based cultural transformation in There were two categories of organizational and meta-organizational consequences.
