Investigating the Relationship between Organizational Health and Job Burnout with the Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment (Case Study: Hamadan Region One Municipality)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational health and burnout with the mediating role of organizational commitment in the municipality of District One of Hamadan. For this purpose, a sample of 80 completely randomly selected employees of the municipality of District 1 of Hamedan was tested. This applied research is a descriptive survey. The instrument used in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability is more than 0.7 and its validity has been confirmed by researchers and other professors. Amos software has been used to analyze the data and the conceptual model of the research. Findings show that organizational commitment directly and indirectly through employee burnout has an effect on organizational health of employees that the direct impact of organizational commitment on organizational health is greater. Also, the results showed that the variables of organizational commitment and burnout of employees in total, explain about 58% of changes in organizational health.
