Modeling the relationship between knowledge management and creativity (Case study: Tehran Municipality staff)
Knowledge and information play a very important role in the lives of many people in society. Today is the age of knowledge-based organizations. Knowledge management In order to achieve new knowledge resources, new theories such as community-oriented knowledge management, which aims to achieve vast resources of customer knowledge, in this study examined the impact of knowledge management on creativity. The statistical population of this study was the employees of Tehran Municipality. Using Cochran's method, the sample size was 298 people. Sampling was random. Descriptive statistics such as mean, frequency and frequency percentage in different categories will be used to measure demographic variables of sample size. The results confirmed the hypothesis of a positive and significant effect of IoT knowledge management on creativity.
