Sociological analysis of the consequences of the tendency to keep pets with emphasis on the phenomenon of canine disturbance in the criminological scale
The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of the type of research, the contents of which were collected using library resources.
The findings show that the phenomenon of canine disturbance has caused many problems such as panic, anxiety, panic and fear; Deprivation of comfort and peace of mind of neighbors, especially in apartment environments and the occurrence of quarrels and conflicts between people; Imposing heavy costs on the purchase, care and maintenance of these animals on the economy of society and families; Pollution, impurity and health problems in public places and passages; The spread, transmission and spread of many common diseases between humans and animals and the gradual change of Iranian-Islamic lifestyle and the replacement of feelings and emotional relationships with animals instead of human and family relationships. The law of the country does not criminalize misdemeanors. A legal vacuum on this phenomenon can be confirmed by looking at the relevant laws and regulations. This article seeks to address the shortcomings of the national penal system and the inclusion of articles in the Islamic Penal Code (Book 5 of the Penal Code) in the face of harmful and dangerous animals and the protection of public rights in the form of the inclusion of four single articles as follows As an article (688 frequent 1), (688 frequent 2), (688 frequent 3) and (688 frequent 4) to the Islamic Penal Code (Book 5 - Punishments).
