The effect of implementing office health promotion policy on organizational health at the technical and vocational university(Study of Technical and Critical Centers of East Azarbaijan Province)
Organizational health is an important management structure that provides favorable environments for people to work and on the other hand, every organization has a duty to fight corruption to improve administrative health. Therefore, this study investigates the effect of administrative health promotion policy on organizational health of East Azarbaijan Technical and Vocational University.
The present study is a descriptive correlational research that has been conducted by survey method. The statistical population of this study is 520 faculty members and non-faculty staff of East Azarbaijan Technical and Vocational University. 221 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple sampling method and using two standard organizational health questionnaires OHI Miles Data and questionnaire of office health promotion policy have been collected. The required information has been collected. For data analysis, structural equation modeling using PLS method using Smart-PLS software has been used.
According to the value of t, the relationship between the components and the relevant variable is significant at the level of 99% (0.000). Examination of the factor loads of the model shows that the factor load of the components on the research variables is higher than 0.7 and the level is possible.
