The Impact of State Decentralization on Reducing Administrative Corruption with Mediator Role of the Establishment of Electronic State (Case Study: State Organizations of West Azerbaijan Province)

Corruption is a major dilemma in public administration of many countries. the application of information technology and electronic state establishment, clarifying and reducing administrative corruption in organizations.

investigate the impact of state decentralization on reducing administrative corruption by mediator role of electronic state establishment in west azerbaijan province public administration.

applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive nature is survey and correlation research. The statistical population 63079 people of stste organizations of West Azerbaijan Province. Using Cochran's formula and randomized stratified sampling method, 382 people were selected. the Pintrich and Derabalai state decentralization Questionnaire (1392) with a reliability coefficient of 0.85, the electronic state questionnaire of Rezai Kia (1392) 0.81, administrative Corruption by Sharife and Zhang (2009) 0.9 was used. the content validity of the questionnaires has already been approved by the experts.

the decentralization of state on establishment of electronic state, establishment of electronic state on the reduction of administrative corruption, and decentralization of state on the reduction of administrative corruption has a positive effect.

general conclusions show the impact of state decentralization by establishment of electronic state on the reduction of corruption in the state organizations of West Azerbaijan province.
