Explaining the pattern of productivity of new technology and materials in order to prevent the loss of residential building materials and sustainable development of Iran
Irregular and unregulated constructions have to a large extent destroyed national resources and wealth and caused the waste of materials; And this has caused the residential construction industry in Iran today to face a crisis of productivity management and choice of materials. This confusion is seen in all phases of project implementation (design, calculation, implementation and operation). And new materials in order to prevent the loss of materials in residential buildings in Iran. Residential buildings were interviewed and questionnaires and the obtained data were analyzed using Shannon technique. The questions of this article are based on its purpose What are the effective indicators to prevent the production of waste in residential buildings? How can the purpose of this research be explained and developed based on the indicators mentioned? The results show that the two indicators of "harmony in the dimensions of the building" and "thoughtful productivity of technology and new materials" have the greatest impact on preventing the production of construction waste.
