The chants of Imam Ali (AS) in Kufa contain strength and depth of the structure and meaning. This paper studies the chants by the descriptive-analytical stylistics method. Prayer and chants are both dialogues with God, but a chant is a kind of warm conversation with God. Repeating the words not only decreases the eloquence but also improves it; in addition, it’s proportional to the atmosphere and the requirements of the chant. It could be understood that the words are used in the best place by analyzing and understanding the meaning of words and similar words. Use of the present tense, subjective and objective nouns in accordance with the asked meaning in the chant. Additionally, using the conjunctive letter "and" incessantly, in sentences make it more dynamic and interconnected.
